Retract The Game Awards

The Game Awards doesn't contact nominees to ensure they are real people.

Geoff Keighly at this point is like the bourgeois at an art gallery that is there to use art as a tax shelter. He doesn't seem to care if the person behind the art is an actual person. He may as well just be an avenue which money flows through, sucked into his vacuum without any thought of where, why, how, or whom. 

If there ever was a sign to divest from an industry, it is a person being paid large amounts of money and not doing the very minimal amount of research necessary to have a shred of credibility.
